shopkent.co.uk makes it possible for you to send products (gifts, flowers etc) to your dear ones in Uzbekistan . Through this service, you can order from the choicest items shown on the site while making the payment online. The goods will be delivered at an approximate time and address given by you, according to your specifications.

3. Can I phone or fax my order?
No, orders are accepted only online after securing your payment through the credit card information submitted by you.
4. Which credit cards does shopkent.co.uk accept?
At present w e accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, as well as electronic checks, debit cards, and PayPal account balances. We receive payments in one of five different currencies: UK Pound ( GBP ), US Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR), Canadian Dollar (CAD), Australian Dollar ( AUD ) as well as Yen (JPY).
5. Is my credit card number / bank a / c. number secure?
Your Credit Card details are accepted through the SSL protocol. All transactions are secured, powered by SSL encryption capable of processing Credit Card transactions insuring that the information is encrypted before it is transmitted. Your credit card details such as card numbers, expiration dates, Issue numbers will not be stored by Shopkent.co.uk in any way.
6. Does shopkent.co.uk use SSL encryption?
While selecting products and adding them to the Shopping Cart, the customer is in Non-Secure Mode. After he/she presses the Process To Payment button, Secure Mode will be turned off by PayPal in order to collect the billing and payment information.

7. How do I feel sure that you have correctly registered the order placed?
After you have placed the order, you will get an e-mail confirming each order registered with us. Please check your e-mail and if you want any correction, you are requested to get in touch with us.
8. Are the items shipped as per the display on webpage?
The products will match the image on the website as the images have been taken from the vendors from whom the final order is sourced. The product specifications (weight, size, color etc.) mentioned with the product photos are only approximate. There may be a variation in the pictures and the respective products (in case of grocery products). Shopkent.co.uk, in its absolute discretion, may deliver a similar / alternate product for reasons or exigencies beyond its control. At the same time Shopkent.co.uk will make all possible efforts to make its services delightful for both the sender and the receiver of the gift.
9. From where are the items bought?
The gifts at Shopkent.co.uk are sourced from exclusive regional suppliers in Uzbekistan through strategic linkages. This arrangement enables our visitors to select from the choicest range of products made or produced exclusively in Uzbekistan right from their desktops.
10. How much time do you take to deliver after the payment has been made?
We always aim to deliver Next Day or on the approximate delivery date mentioned by you in the order form, whichever is later. However, we advise buyers to allow up to 6 working days of securing your payment.
11. What is the mode of delivery?
Delivery of goods is made through special courier services.
12. How do I know that my goods has been delivered?
Upon the delivery, we usually require the recipient to sign the receipt paper for confirmation purpose only.
Confirmation through e-mail along with the scanned copy of the receipt will be sent to you as soon as possible.
13. Can I send some message with the gift?
Yes, you can send your message with the gift. Just type in your message in provided textbox while filling in delivery information. Your message will be delivered along with the gift.
14. Can I have the gift delivered on a particular date?
Yes. You simply need to type in desired delivery date in "Any special delivery instruction" box while filling in delivery information. The gift will be delivered on the specified date, provided it gives us a minimum of six working days after securing your payment.
15. Where all can Shopkent.co.uk deliver gifts?
Currently only Tashkent City is covered. More cities to come. However, we may also deliver to other cities depending on the items you choose. For more details kindly contact us at sales@shopkent.co.uk
16. Can I cancel an order after it is submitted?
Yes. To cancel an order, please urgently contact us on refund@shopkent.co.uk with your order details. Please note that you can only cancel orders that have not yet entered the shipping process and also 5% handling charge will be applied for any canceled orders.
Return Policy:
Goods once shipped shall not be returned on any ground/s. However, in case you may have any complaints regarding the products delivered, kindly click here to write to us.
17. Do you deliver to locations outside Uzbekistan ?
No at the moment. However, it is expected in near future.
